Dundee and Angus is an area of natural fertility and wealth generation that stretches back to the very earliest Scottish settlements as evidenced by the abundance of Pictish and otherother ancient sites that litter the area. Dundee's wealth was much built on the Jute trade as much as the productive farmland and today is the centre of many of Scotland's high-tech industries with the exposure to the North Sea giving a wonderful freshness to the atmosphere. What is an Inn/Pub
The term simply implies that the establishment has a bar, usually open to non-residents as well. In remote locations especially there are plenty of Inns and Public Houses that have rooms available. Indeed they may be the only options for food and drink for miles around and can have very nice accommodation available.
