Walk into the bedroom and feel your troubles melt away. This well-appointed room has everything you could need. The spacious double bed – fitted with an eye-catching statement headboard -faces an inspiring view over the River Leithen.

We won’t blame you if you decide to linger in bed with a cuppa for a little longer each morning...

There is also a sofa bed in the living space where guests will feel refreshed and rejuvenated each morning after a great night’s sleep.
