Oban

Oban is the principle town in Argyll and is the gateway to the Inner Hebrides with ferries leaving regularly to Mull and the smaller islands. It is the  Seafood capital of Scotland,  with  quality local produce not limited to the fruit of the sea , whisky distillery, Dunollie castle and museum, war and peace museum, varied shopping including quality local creative artists, Rockfield centre , step ahsore and a wonderful marina  and Ganavan Beach.
