Sharon is Yoga Teacher and Manual Therapist based in Edinburgh. She has been practicing Yoga for over 20 years and teaching for just over 5.
Her original training was in Hatha Raja Yoga, a more dynamic and traditional style of practice. But since then she has diversified and completed many more trainings in Yin, Therapeutic Hatha, Vinyasa & Forrest Inspired.
As she has always been active herself – a keen mountain biker and indoor cycle instructor, Sharon has always been driven by the more functional aspect of her yoga practice and teaching. This has led her to further her studies in anatomy over the past few years as well as train in various forms of manual therapy. Recently formalising her training with a diploma in Sports Massage, she has now commenced an accomplished internship with her own therapist, Michele Hall of Dynamic Balance.
Before the Pandemic, Sharon was running Yoga Retreats in Scotland and Spain as well as Yoga Brunches in Edinburgh with her husband, a former head chef.
