Johnston Garden is a photographer's dream! The park once belonged to the Johnston House estate but was given to the city in 1936. This beautifully landscaped garden has streams, ponds, waterfalls, rockeries, and picturesque bridges. Over the years, these features have appeared in many wedding photos! There is also a children's play area. 
Rhododendrons, bulbs in spring, heather, and mountains bloom, and the park come alive in spring and summer. The pond is full of irises and aquatic plants and visiting wild ducks and breeding hens.
