This is a three bedroom self-catering detached house which sleeps up to six people.   It has a stunning location overlooking the second green at Royal Dornoch Golf Course.   The lounge has ample comfortable chairs and floor to ceiling windows across the width of the house where you can watch golfers being tested by the tricky 2nd green with its deep bunkers.   Easy walking distance to the town centre and clubhouse. Modern kitchen with dishwasher and new cooker.   Dining room with seating for 8.   Ground floor superking/twin room with en-suite shower.  Ground floor cloakroom.   Spacious lounge upstairs. Two very spacious superking/twin rooms on the top floor with spectacular views overlooking the golf course and Dornoch Firth.   One room has en suite shower and the other has private use of the four piece family bathroom on the mid level.   Double garage, ample parking, sheltered patio area in the large garden grounds.  Utility room with washer and drier.  Owners live in Dornoch.

Since then they have "retired" from the hotel business but have continued to be involved in bed and breakfast and self catering. Things to know

Cancellation.

The T&Cs below apply to all bookings whether made online through our website or made by email, telephone or in person. The booking value can be paid directly to the owner  via BACS in advance of your stay or by debit or credit card on arrival. We reserve the right to charge the lead guest for any damages caused through the course of a booking by any member of the booking party. This includes breakages, spillages, damages to furniture or fixtures and fittings. Any accidental damages should be reported as soon as possible in order to minimise inconvenience and associated costs. Lost keys will incur a replacement charge. We understand with the latest pandemic your plans may change at the last minute so we have reflected this in our terms and conditions. If a booking is cancelled or modified up to 5 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in the case of a no show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. In case of a customer testing positive for Covid or showing symptoms of Covid19 during their stay the customer will be asked to return home. If a customer is severely unwell and needs to remain in the premises to self-isolate the customer will be liable to pay for the full cost of the stay if available at our B&B. We recommend you take out travel insurance to cover this probability.

 

Check-in and check-out.

The house will be open for your arrival any time after 4 pm and keys on the table inside. Our standard check-out time is 10 am. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability.

 

Cleaning.

We would hope you will leave the house as you wish to find it. We have a fogging machine and the whole house will be fogged before and after our cleaning routine.

 

Payment.

Our preferred method of payment is by BACS but we do have a card machine for most major credit and debit cards.
