30% deposit at the time of booking is non refundable, however you can use this for a future booking for up to 2 years. Cancellation within 7 days will incur the full charge.
Check-in and check-out.
Please note that check in is between 4pm and 7pm. If you will be arriving before 4 pm it is important that you let us know so that we can make sure one of us is here to check you in and welcome you. If you are arriving after 7pm, we ask that you let us know in advance.
