Panoramic views of mountains and sea A lounge with log fire for cooler evenings. 1 family room, 2 single, 2 double/twin all en-suite with tea and coffee making facilities, Colour TV. and Free Wi Fi Full cooked breakfast (or lighter alternative if you prefer). A 3 course evening meal is also available, if booked in advance, which is freshly prepared using local produce, and has vegetarian options (special diets catered for by arrangement). We have a Restricted Hotel Licence which allows us to sell alcoholic drinks to resident guests. The sea-shore frontage is a haven for wildlife including Otters, Seals, herons and other sea birds. This central location enables you to visit all corners of this majestic Island. Ideal for walkers and climbers situated close to the Red and Black Cuillin Mountains.

The Private House Stay's Guide
West Highlands
The West Highlands is defined on PrivateHouseStays as the area from the Summer Isles north of Ullapool to Morvern in North Argyll. The coastline meanders round beautiful sandy beaches and wild low population inlets with idyllic little villages and winding roads taking in Gairloch, Torridon, Plockton & Kyle of Lochalsh, Knoydart, Mallaig, Ardnamurchan and Morvern. It is much recommended that this area is toured by car but it must be done by taking your time, stopping to admire the scenery, allowing a few hours to climb up the hills to get the best viewpoints or allowing yourself (or your children) time to run wild amongst the sheep or on the beaches
