As visitors to Killin for over 10 years, Michael and Lynn Crow saw the great potential the building and its location offered and set about buying and restoring it to its former glory and provide quality bed and breakfast accommodation in Killin. The Riverview Rooms offers unique bed and breakfast accommodation in Killin, overlooking the famous Falls of Dochart stone bridge and Inchbuie island, with the ancient Clan McNab burial ground and graves dating back to the 16th century. The bed and breakfast forms part of The Old Smiddy which has been lovingly restored as a cosy Coffee Shop and Bistro.

The Den
Type: Capacity: 3 adults 1 child Bathroom: Ensuite Bath & Shower In Room: Kettle etc. The most spacious of our three rooms, able to accommodate a family of four, with views overlooking both the Falls Of Dochart to the front and Sron a Chlachain to the rear.

Type: Double Capacity: 2 adults Bathroom: Ensuite Bath & Shower In Room: . With Decor inspired by our first stay in Paris, our third room looks out over Sron a Chlachain and the setting sun as it finally dips behind the mountains of Glen Lochay, Glen Lyon and Glen Coe beyond.
