The Hermitage offers its guests a friendly and relaxed stay in the centre of Kingussie. A Victorian design of traditional stone and slate, The Hermitage was for several generations, the local Doctors home and practice. Set in its own grounds with private car parking, The Hermitage enjoys views of the magnificent Cairngorm Mountains and Ruthven Barracks from the garden. The Hermitage has been awarded a Four Star Quality Rating from the Scottish Tourist Board and is an ideal location from which to explore the Highlands. One ground floor 6ft bed/ twin bedded room with en-suite shower and toilet. This room is suitable for those with mobility difficulties and shower stool and mats are provided. Upstairs there is One double with single bed in adjacent room ( ideal for small family or use as a twin ) En-suite shower with toilet; a cosy Double bed room with en-suite shower and toilet; a twin room - a cheerful room with en-suite shower and toilet and a
spacious king-size bedroom with sofa and an en-suite bathroom. All the bedrooms are well equipped with: controllable thermostatic radiators, Hairdryer and Alarm clock radio, complimentary Tea/Coffee making tray, colour television (some with video), complimentary toiletries and ironing and a trouser press facilities.
