Having lived on the island for many years we can advise you on things to do, places of interest to visit and restaurants to eat at to help you have an enjoyable stay. We live in the centre of Carbost village, a few minutes walk from Talisker Distillery and The Old Inn which serves meals and the local ales and whiskys. Live music is often played during the season. We are about 15
minutes drive from The Cuillin mountains so whether you come to walk, climb or just relax, we are the ideal base for your stay on Skye.
