Kirklea Guest House is a 100-year old Victorian terraced villa just one mile from the famous city centre of Edinburgh. There are six bedrooms: two singles (one with private bathroom), two doubles (one ensuite), one triple room (ensuite) and one twin room (also ensuite). All of these have comfortable beds, tea and coffee making facilities, colour TV with DVD. Naturally, all rooms are centrally-heated with an adjustable thermostat. Each room also contains an information pack about Edinburgh so you can decide
what to do in Edinburgh at your leisure. We offer a wide choice of breakfast to set you up for the day. We also speak, French, Italian, Dutch and some German and Spanish.
