Peter and Gill welcome you to Kirklands, built in 1832, and set in 2 acres of stunning gardens and 20 acres of important naturally regenerating woodland. The bed and breakfast accommodation may particularly appeal to garden lovers but for whatever reason you visit us you can be sure of a warm and friendly reception. Kirklands has one double/family room with en-suite bathroom overlooking the front of the house

with views to the Ochils and one twin/double room with en-suite bathroom overlooking the courtyard and the rockery with the woodland beyond.
