Kintra Farm is situated four miles from the village of Port Ellen, in a beautiful location beside miles and miles of sandy beach, rocky inlets and moorland. There's plenty to do - distillery hopping, bird watching, walking, diving, golfing, windsurfing, horse-riding, general ceilidh-ing or maybe just nothing. In addition to a comfortable B&B, there are also a couple of gorgeous cottages and great camping - all in a spectacular setting. Kintra Farmhouse is a traditional farmhouse on three floors, having two bathrooms, two large sitting rooms (both available all day) and a breakfast room with separate tables for guests. The house retains many items of Victorian interest in its comfortable furnishings. There are three rooms, one twin, one double and one family. All have tea making facilities. Access is
available to a good selection of books on local history and information. There is also a choice of comfortable lounges: One of the lounges has a television, but if peace, warmth and views are what you relish - you should seek out the sumptuous second floor sitting room.
