Situated on the Northern tip of the Isle of Mull near Tobermory, Glengorm Castle overlooks the Atlantic and has views over 60 miles to the Outer Hebrides and Islands of Uist, Rhum and Canna. The Castle was built in 1860 and sits at the headland of Glengorm's vast area of coastline, forestry, lochs and hills. Glengorm truly stands apart from the surrounding Western Isles, already known for its dramatic scenery, due to its tranquillity and sheer natural beauty. The Castle provides very special accommodation and offers guests a wonderful place in which to relax. The interior is
very warm and comforting. Log fires and a dram watching the sunset in the library is the perfect way to spend an evening. There are five en-suite double rooms all furnished to a high standard.

In Room: . Mingary is one of the largest castle bedrooms. It is very spacious with a 6’ x 7’ bed and cosy seating in the bay window. It looks out towards the Outer Hebrides, over the fields in front of the castle which are home to the farm’s highland cattle and blackface sheep. Mingary’s en-suite has a long and deep original Victorian bath.

In Room: . Facing to the north and east with views of the Ardnamurchan peninsula and the Sound of Mull. It has a 6’6†x 7’ bed which you literally sink into. The room has a comfortable seating area and armchairs, perfect for reading and taking in the view. The bathroom is very spacious and has a large oval shaped bath, big enough for two!
