All of our rooms are finished to a high standard with en suite bathrooms, multi-channel digital TV, tea/coffee making facilites and hairdryers in every room. We also have free wifi internet access available. We operate a strictly non-smoking establishment. Should our guests have any special requirements (such as booking a taxi, arranging flowers etc) we are happy to oblige. Nothing is too big nor too small for us! We also speak French and Italian for our foreign visitors. Please note that at Hogmanay we are only taking bookings in with a minimum of 3 nights this applies to rugby dates, bank holidays and easter...

Edinburgh City Centre
The Old Town of Edinburgh is built on a ridge that rises gradually from the Palace of Holyrood to Edinburgh Castle. There are staircase lanes, called Wynds, that lead off this 'Royal Mile' that give the impression of the city being built on multiple levels and buildings that date from the 11th Century. The New Town is also a World Heritage Site with its mix of Georgian town houses and the earliest examples in Europe of tenement flats. The views to be had from the Castle, Arthur's Seat and Carlton Hill are dramatic and inspiring.
