Relax in a peaceful, friendly atmosphere where your comfort and satisfaction are our priorities. Guests return time and time again to Carrmoor and a warm welcome awaits them. All accommodation is En-suite and all Bedrooms are Non-Smoking. Carrmoor Guest House is situated in the Cairngorms National Park and Monarch of the Glen area and we also have the World Porridge Making Championship in October.

The Private House Stay's Guide
Strathspey
The Strathspey area strictly speaking includes the whole Spey valley as it runs North-East From the North-west corner of the Cairngorms through the whisky trail towns of Aberlour and Fochabers. However the classicly beautiful and most commonly visited part of Strathspey is the area from Aviemore through Grantown-on-Spey and Boat of Garden. David Attenborough described this part of Scotland as one of his favourite parts of the world.
