The guest house is a 7 minute walk from the centre of vibrant Inverness. A wide range of restaurants, pubs and hotels serving a variety of cuisine's to suit all tastes and budgets are located within easy walking distance. Each of our individually decorated en-suite bedrooms offer it's guests a friendly, family, home from home atmosphere where nothing is too much trouble to ensure the complete enjoyment of the stay. All rooms also boast a colour television, hairdryer and a hospitality tray. Each morning a full Scottish breakfast is cooked to order that will satisfy the hungriest stomach, perfect for guests before setting out to explore the surrounding areas.

Inverness

Inverness is the largest town in the Highlands and the busy and prosperous hub of the region. The town's position at the head of the Great Glen and on the shores of the Moray Firth have made it a firm favourite with tourists. Though Inverness has little in the way of major sights, it's a pleasant place to base yourself as you explore the other, more visible attractions on offer in the surrounding area, including the resident population of dolphins in the Moray Firth, Strathpeffer and the Black Isle. The town is particularly appealing along the leafy banks of the River Ness.
