This is a fantastic self catering property now available for short term lets. The accommodation is in the old servants quarters in a thoroughly unique configuration which is available between £1200,00 and £1400.00 per week self catering. It is very close to the city centre being just a short 10 minute walk from Princes Street and 5 minutes walk to The Playhouse- an ideal base from which to explore the sights and culture offered by this wonderful city. 9b is due North of Edinburgh's Waverley Station where the airport bus terminates for the City Centre. 9B Scotland Street is a 'below stairs' part of a Town House which has been cleverly converted to sleep ten people. The Private House Stay's Guide
Edinburgh City Centre
The Old Town of Edinburgh is built on a ridge that rises gradually from the Palace of Holyrood to Edinburgh Castle. There are staircase lanes, called Wynds, that lead off this 'Royal Mile' that give the impression of the city being built on multiple levels and buildings that date from the 11th Century. The New Town is also a World Heritage Site with its mix of Georgian town houses and the earliest examples in Europe of tenement flats. The views to be had from the Castle, Arthur's Seat and Carlton Hill are dramatic and inspiring.
