We welcome guests to stay, in a beautiful Georgian Townhouse that overlooks Leith Links. Josephine is a interior decorator and the house reflects this with interesting furnishings and tasteful decoration. Continental breakfast is served in the ground floor drawing room overlooking the front garden. This accommodation is a little gem with the bonus of a quiet Leith location but also close to the Leith hotspots and easy access to the city centre. We can help you plan visits to other locations in Scotland and have a wealth of information on local attractions. If you are a family with teenage children, or have a third guest in your party and are happy to share one of the private bathrooms, acommodation can be offerd in the Studio Room or The Cock Loft. There is unrestricted parking along the Links. Free wi-fi access.

Edinburgh City Centre

The Old Town of Edinburgh is built on a ridge that rises gradually from the Palace of Holyrood to Edinburgh Castle. There are staircase lanes, called Wynds, that lead off this 'Royal Mile' that give the impression of the city being built on multiple levels and buildings that date from the 11th Century. The New Town is also a World Heritage Site with its mix of Georgian town houses and the earliest examples in Europe of tenement flats. The views to be had from the Castle, Arthur's Seat and Carlton Hill are dramatic and inspiring.
