21 Dublin Street is a Georgian townhouse situated in the heart of the New Town, within easy distance of all the major sights, just 5 minutes walk from Princes Street and Waverley station and a couple of minutes to Harvey Nichols! There are lots of cafes, restaurants, pubs and galleries on the door step. There are keys available to borrow for the beautiful private Queen Street Gardens which is just around the corner. It would be perfect place to stay for sightseeing, business or just pure fun. There is a suite of rooms which consist of 2 doubles bedrooms which are across the hall from each other, one of which has a luxurious en suite shower room. The rooms are served by its own
private entrance at lower ground level from Dublin Street. 21 Dublin Street is run by Debs Northam who lives in the main part of the house. She will welcome you with your own keys and give you her advice about the city and its facilities.
